BLOCKED OUT is a hardworking band who constantly play shows in the L.A. area. Their fierce style and well executed song structure is hard to match. There is a great, beautiful subtlety that comes from Rob Beverly's lyrics. They are overall dark, bleak lyrics (which you and i know is nothing out of the ordinary in hardcore), but within them are bits and hints of hope and light and struggle.
